Internship Woes

     Today was my very first day to be an intern at a missions organization. I arrived, eager to start the day, but unfortunately, the man I'm interning under didn't have anything for me to do at the moment.

     So I sat at the computer desk for awhile, familiarizing myself with the emailing system (I even sent myself some emails just for fun). I'm hoping the rest of the week will be prove to be different. I'm sure this internship will be an interesting adventure :)

Sheds and Drive-Thrus

My first adventure on the blog! 

I got to go with my dad and sister to my grandmother's house to pick up a truck. We stopped at Walmart first to buy a car battery, and then proceeded to drive to the house. 

     While we were there, we go to explore her yard, something I had never done before. It was great. She has so many things. A nice little camper full boxes and decorative items.

     Further back in the yard were two sheds. We got a little peak in the shed, which has a cute desk and some great chairs.

     In the very back of her yard was a broken down shed. I'm not sure what is had been, but it had a bit of a quality to it. We found this sign that reads "Another Project"

On our way home, my dad drove the truck, and my sister and I headed out in the car. On our way home, we drove through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru and got some food. Of course, I think everyone else wanted some chicken as well, because the drive-thru lane was super busy!

 And there's that. A grand adventure for a Monday.

     Attempts at blogging have always failed in the past...but I'm really hoping this time it'll stick. Basically this blog will just be about my life, and all of the adventures it is riddled with.

     Adventures of all sorts. From trip to the store to traveling across the world (and everything in between!)
